I. Welcome & Year in Review

II. Slate of Trustees to be approved for three-year terms on 
Board of Directors:
Sarah Demers, Manchester; Davis Farmer, East Kingston; Virginia Szymanowski, Bedford; Roberta Tenney, Concord; Dawn Wivell, Portsmouth

III. Proposed bylaw amendment:
Current bylaw: Section 5. When a Director dies, resigns, or is removed, the board may appoint a Director to serve for the duration of the unexpired term.
As amended: When a Director dies, resigns, is removed, or if a vacant seat on the board is not filled at the annual meeting, the Board may appoint a Director to serve for the duration of the unexpired term, or for the balance of the term applicable to the unfilled seat.

IV. President's Award


6 PM- BBQ & socializing on patio! (With dinner ticket)

The Annual Meeting is free and open to the public; dinner tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-yet-members.

Dinner Menu:
BBQ chicken and beef tips, baked beans, corn on the cob, watermelon, pasta and potato salad, corn bread and apple crisp.
