- What role, if any, do you believe the United States should play on the global stage?

Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations—entangling alliances with none.

- What is the greatest geo-political issue facing the United States today?

China is continually becoming a bigger threat to the United States.

- How do you view America’s alliance system as it currently stands? What changes, if any, to the alliance structure would you like to see implemented?

The United States should not have entangling alliances with other countries. Co-operation should take the form of warning the officials of other countries when U.S. intelligence learns of an impending attack against them.

- What role, if any, should U.S. foreign assistance play in advancing America's interests abroad, and what principles would guide your decisions on funding those programs?  How do you view the decision to shutter USAID?

Foreign aid is not in the U.S. Constitution. The way to help folks in poverty-stricken countries under crooked regimes is to stop turning them away at the borders. U.S.A. got along perfectly well with no immigration restrictions before the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882. They had 19 years to evacuate everybody out of Afghanistan who wanted to leave, and they left behind interpreters who helped U.S.A. forces.

- What role should Congress play in authorizing or overseeing the use of U.S. military force abroad, including recent actions involving Iran?

Only Congress can declare war. When the Iranians strike a U.S.-flagged vessel in the Strait of Hormuz, that is a justification to declare war.

- What outcomes should the United States pursue in its relations with Iran and what approaches do you support in achieving these goals?

Wars in the Middle East are wars for oil. It is not the job of the U.S.A. government to defend Israel.

- Do you support further aid to Ukraine in its war with Russia? If so, what types of aid would you vote for?

No. I'm rooting for Ukraine but it's not the job of the U.S.A. government to provide war material to another country.

- How should the U.S. approach its relationship with Israel?

Same as any other country. I know Jerusalem is special for Jewish folks but it's not the job of the U.S.A. government to defend a foreign country's scriptural claim to territory. Israel is a refuge where Jewish folks can flee to escape persecution. U.S.A. should be, as well. U.S.A. might not be the favorite place for some Jewish folks to flee, but it is the only country the U.S.A. has available.

- What path would you like to see the United States chart in regards to international trade relations? What role should Congress play in setting trade policy?

I support the imposition of tariffs only to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States. If a foreign power is committing human rights violations, stop violating the right of the victims to escape to the U.S.A. At the Evian Conference in 1938, the U.S.A. authorities would not increase the number of Jewish folks that could escape, and later, U.S.A. officials turned away the S.S. St. Louis, whose passengers were later murdered in Auschwitz.

- Where do you believe the United States should seek cooperation with countries that are also strategic competitors, such as China, and where should it draw firm lines?

There are plenty of areas where governments need to co-operate, but violations of U.S.A. sovereignty ought not to be tolerated.

- What are your current views on immigration policy and enforcement in the United States? This includes legal and illegal immigration, refugee resettlement, and asylum programs.

It took a bloody war to emancipate the enslaved persons in States that were overrun with crazy, deranged, depraved, degenerate, selfish, greedy potholes who convinced themselves that the skin color with which they were born somehow made themselves superior to persons born with darker skin. I can only imagine what it will take to re-open the borders of a country that is overrun with crazy, deranged, depraved, degenerate, selfish, greedy potholes who convinced themselves that the place where they were born somehow makes themselves superior to persons born outside some lines on the map. In Maryland, there was a referendum in 1864 and enslaved persons were emancipated by using ballots. Meanwhile, in Virginia, enslaved persons were being emancipated by using bullets. The more we can get done with ballots, the better.

- What role should the U.S. Congress play in shaping U.S. Foreign Policy and how much should it defer to the President and the U.S. Department of State?

Only Congress can declare war. Congress should not tolerate Presidents who go to war without a declaration of war unless another power commits an act of war against the United States first; and then only until Congress has time to vote on a declaration of war.

- How do international events affect the lives of people in New Hampshire, and how would your foreign policy priorities benefit the state?

U.S. actions since 1953 in the Middle East have incited hostility against the United States, not the least of which was the attacks on 11 September 2001. That, and the taxes that fund the wars, is the price the country pays for starting wars for petroleum.
