- What role, if any, do you believe the United States should play on the global stage?

I believe US should forget about being the Empire. Just be a good neighbor. We have recently lost our reputation as human rights leader. C’est dommage. This can only be recouped if we show respect to all nations, and live up to our own ideals.

- What is the greatest geo-political issue facing the United States today?

Probably the risk of CERN is greatest, and untraceable DEW, but so is the fact that forces other than governments are now running most nations. Technocrats, oligarchs, and globalists. Mafia, too. People do not know who is in charge!

- How do you view America’s alliance system as it currently stands? What changes, if any, to the alliance structure would you like to see implemented?

The people of “the Five Eyes” (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) should use their self-confidence to get rid of the unwarranted surveillance of our lives. Instead we are all succumbing to it as if there were no choice! There is no purpose for NATO since the Cold War ended. It is a hiding place for overt actions and for theft of munitions. Our turning state militias into a National Guard Bureau for the game of “Partnerships for Peace” is wholly unconstitutional.

- What role, if any, should U.S. foreign assistance play in advancing America's interests abroad, and what principles would guide your decisions on funding those programs?  How do you view the decision to shutter USAID?

Re US Aid, I take it as only a pretense of saving money. I think it was part of a general psy-op to make people hate each other, or to show that America has no generosity. Feeding the hungry is a universal goal where possible. The role we should play in helping any nation, begins with the standard reasons of allowing us to trade with them. Next guide is mutuality: I scratch your back, you scratch my back. Also, nations now need to look upon geoengineering problems together.

- What role should Congress play in authorizing or overseeing the use of U.S. military force abroad, including recent actions involving Iran?

It was illegal of Trump to initiate such a war. Thus I have taken him to court, as of February 2026, in Maxwell V Trump. I would rather have taken Congress to court for abdicating its duty (per Article I, sec 8 Clause 11) but Congress is not sue-able.

- What outcomes should the United States pursue in its relations with Iran and what approaches do you support in achieving these goals?

The US must withdraw and apologize. We have been owing Iran an apology since 1954 for regime-changing the prime minister, on behalf of UK & oil. I also think we set up the 1979 hostage taking as a false-flag, and later we had the Shah killed (?) This is wholly guesswork on my part. I calls ’em as I see’s ’em. I suspect Bam was a man-made earthquake. Iran’s leaders today are unfair to their own women.

- Do you support further aid to Ukraine in its war with Russia? If so, what types of aid would you vote for?

The Ukraine conflict totally baffles me. I would need to be tutored if I become a senator. As for Russia, I do not want us to be enemies. As for the NATO reneging on its (“not an inch closer”) promise, that just goes to show that we are so foolish in removing the old honorable way of staying bound to agreements made.

- How should the U.S. approach its relationship with Israel?

Creating a Jewish state in 1948 was a mistake for everyone including Israelis. Even now it could become a One-State for all religions. Why not? It once was. Re Gaza, punishment for genocide is on the cards. Note: I don’t approve of collective punishment. I’d arrest Bibi, as the ICC has already indicted him properly. Can “the settlers” possibly be following Judaic law? I have faith in the Jewish soul.

- What path would you like to see the United States chart in regards to international trade relations? What role should Congress play in setting trade policy?

Goods travel far and wide. Where this is not necessary, the protecting of the planet should outshine the demands of transport. I lived in Australia for many years, for marriage, and that country had more awareness of this than US.

- Where do you believe the United States should seek cooperation with countries that are also strategic competitors, such as China, and where should it draw firm lines?

China needs us. We need China. I think the way to go is to not rile China up. Canada is important to us and is fast turning into a police state; there can be people-to-people support on that. Grabbing Greenland has been a plan of the globalists for many years. We already have 800 military bases. I do not believe we need Greenland but even if we did, Article 51 of the UN Charter, which is part of our Supreme Law of the Land, says Hands off. No invading. Our constitution also says Congress will decide about “offenses against the Law of Nations.”

- What are your current views on immigration policy and enforcement in the United States? This includes legal and illegal immigration, refugee resettlement, and asylum programs.

I, sec 8: “Congress shall establish uniform rules of naturalization.” Until the early 20th century, we were eager to fill up our lowly populated country with new people. As a result, love was in the air. It should still be there, although we now suspect that “someone’ sent people in, to harm us. The topics of racism and xenophobia happen to make for entertaining news, so we are told of many incidents. In my opinion, kids should be taught by fifth grade that we all have a natural bent toward thinking about the in-group and the out-group, and that be sixth grade we ought to outgrow our prejudices or be laughed at, if the out-group in question lives in the US. We can be hospitable to refugees, just as we would expect to be resettled if our own land became unlivable. For illegals, I believe we have to escort them out, politely. Almost certainly the recent decades of open door was designed to hurt us all. That said I would give succor to persons fleeing torture. I would NOT, as we presently do, offer a road to citizenship to mercenaries. I would accommodate the Dreamers who naturally think the US is their home. I would sign the current bill to give Haitians another 3 years due to 2026 earthquake, not to mention the 2010 one. Ahem. For normal emigres, I would get them to promise that they will learn English. I would not allow the ICE to continue their shootouts. How dare they!

- What role should the U.S. Congress play in shaping U.S. Foreign Policy and how much should it defer to the President and the U.S. Department of State?

The Senate has an Article II role to play in the ratification of treaties and the appointment of Ambassadors. Congress has a role in tariffs. Except for the last few presidents, I would say that deference is a reasonable choice for congresspersons.

- How do international events affect the lives of people in New Hampshire, and how would your foreign policy priorities benefit the state?

A big issue for Granite Staters is the way President Trump acts as though he can do “whatever he wants.” (He even said that.) Since February I have been walking around cities carrying a sign that says “End the War” and most people give me a thumbs up, or even say ‘Thank you.’ I doubt that they otherwise bring it up in conversation; people are afraid to stick out. And that’s an omen that we now think free speech can be stifled. Ergo, the protesting needs to be much noisier. Lookie here: This candidate won’t cave in on the First Amendment, no-how. For New Hampshire people that is non-negotiable. The state motto is “Live free or Die” and that suits me to a T.
